 The TORONTO BLUE JAYS and LHP Brian Tallet have agreed to terms on a $1.015 million US contract for the 2009 season. TALLET, 31, posted a 1-2 record with a 2.88 ERA in a career high 51 relief appearances. The resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana held opponents to a .243 average, while walking just 22.
